Erdafitinib 4 mg Erdanat Anti Cancer tablets

Erdanat 4 mg contains Erdafitinib 4 mg, a targeted anti-cancer medicine.

It is used to treat advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma (bladder/urinary tract cancer) in adults whose tumor has certain FGFR2 or FGFR3 gene alterations and whose cancer has progressed after previous treatment, usually platinum-based chemotherapy.

How it works:

• Blocks FGFR proteins that help cancer cells grow and spread.
• Slows or stops the growth of cancer cells.

Common side effects:

• Mouth sores
• Diarrhea
• Dry mouth
• Fatigue
• Nail or skin changes
• Increased phosphate levels in the blood
• Eye problems, including blurred vision or vision changes (these require prompt medical attention).
